Rego Interactions’ Managing Director, Alexander Davies is currently in London with three of his highest performers to explore what he describes as ‘unchartered’ territory, promoting a luxury loyalty card via B2B. Mr Davies is keen to explore different ways to efficiently build Rego Interactions’ business strategy, with a high focus on customer personalisation.
Following the visit, the Newcastle based sales startup Rego Interactions released a statement on why personalization is still a driving force behind marketing success, and how it is helping the company to secure a high position within the industry.
Rego Interactions has stated that promotion with this client goes back to the basics of direct marketing, and offers more scope for the firm to solidify themselves as pioneers.
Rego Interactions believes that personalisation is the key to success and can directly and efficiently be applied to the marketing sector. A recent study in The Journal of Applied Psychology supports this statement. The study uses a control group of consumers that were offered no after dinner mints and a second group who were offered the after dinner treat. The conclusion of this experiment resulted in consumers tipping 21% higher tips to the waiters that came to their table with mints and later returned to offer more.
Researchers found that the personalisation aspect to the experiment won over the patron’s hearts, stating “the surprise and perception of the waiter’s willingness to follow up post-purchase made customers happy.” The firm reports that they see this every day through its in-person marketing services, which they believe makes this an exciting time to be in the industry, particularly for the company who are recognized as leaders in personalisation.
Mr. Davies has stated that he wants to break down misconceptions about the industry, particularly that those in positions of authority rarely get involved in projects in the field.
Rego Interactions encourages a student mentality within its entire workforce, including all members of management. Mr Davies believes that his back to basics approach and willingness to lead by example will make Rego Interactions’ trip to London a huge success.
Mr Davies and the whole of Rego Interactions team is excited for the future of the company, and how they can consistently add new and exciting aspects to the marketing solutions they can offer their clients, with a high focus on personalisation with both their clients and customers.
